At first, I just wanted to have an interview and get a feel for the atmosphere, but I went straight to the interview and received a job offer (lol). To be honest, I was surprised because at that time I was just starting to consider a web production company. I once asked to see the atmosphere of the office and the people working there, and they graciously agreed to let me see the office before accepting the offer. What I saw there was an open and bright office and friendly employees who worked freely and enthusiastically. I think that the office and surrounding environment are very important, so I instinctively knew that I wanted to work for this company, so I accepted the offer.
Before joining the company, I had worked as an intern, so I didn't have much trouble with the culture. On top of that, it gives you more discretion than you might imagine. That said, I was impressed by the environment in which anyone who was in trouble was always Special Data willing to help regardless of their job type or position, and I found it easy to work there. I had the impression that venture companies meant, ``I'll give you some discretion, but you have to do it yourself.'' But with GIG, that's not the case; if you say something you don't understand, someone will always help you, and they'll tell you anything you want to know.

I was happy that he even gave me advice on a course of action, such as, ``If you're stuck here, this is how you should work in the future.'' -Have you ever felt that you have grown? It's been about a year since I joined the company as a new graduate, and I've been able to take on more projects and have stable direction. Looking back, I think that there were some cases that I was a little dissatisfied with. This may cause trouble to clients and team members... However, I think that I was able to grow a lot through that experience. Now that I have accumulated experience and knowledge, when clients ask me questions, I can answer them with confidence instead of saying, ``I'll check with my engineer or my boss.
