Before joining the company, I had worked as an intern, so I didn't have much trouble with the culture. On top of that, it gives you more discretion than you might imagine. However, I think that I was able to grow a lot through that experience. Now that I have accumulated experience and knowledge, when clients ask me questions, I can answer them with confidence instead of saying, ``I'll check with my engineer or my boss.
