Referring to the previous perspective it can be said that this action is a continuation of the Fast Track organized under POIR. However, in the new perspective, entrepreneurs will have greater flexibility, i.e. in addition to R&D costs, they will be able to finance completely separate categories of expenses within one project, such as participation in fairs, employee training or the costs of commercialization of a new solution (product/service). Financing is planned in the form of a non-refundable subsidy and a conditional subsidy (partially repayable subsidy only for expenses related to the implementation of the innovation, a minimum of % of the support will be repayable). Planned recruitment launch date: Seal of Excellence.
The competition was addressed to entities that submitted R&D projects directly to the European Commission, were positively assessed (received the so-called seal of excellence), but due to exhaustion of the budget, they did not receive funding. Funding will be provided in the photo retouching form of a non-repayable grant. The allocation is EUR million . Joint research undertakings ( . ) This measure also provides for support for R&D projects. Joint ventures will be organized as part of NCBR's cooperation with selected Partners co-financing the projects. Therefore, R&D projects will have to fit into the Partner's research agenda.

In the previous perspective, NCBR implemented joint projects, e.g. with PKN Orlen (NEON grant program) or PKP PLK (BRIK program). In the new perspective, similar projects can be expected to be implemented with the involvement of State Treasury companies. Budget allocated for the action: EUR million . Bridge Up ( . ) The measure provides for non-repayable support to technology startups to create an investment vehicle. The aim of the activity is to support the commercialization of innovations and to promote the Venture Capital (VC) model in Poland. The competition is a continuation of the BRIdge Alfa activities known from the - perspective. The allocation is EUR million.
